This is a simple
example how to the program works.
| 1 Open the DahediSign program, go to import,
see in the preview window what the file looks like. Put it on screen, change the size,
rotate or edit if you want, copy and repeat it. Import an other file together with this
one if needed. Rescale, rotate and combine until you have the perfect layout. Now this
file is ready to cut. |

| 2 Also you can create your own drawings. Use
all the seven line-types. Use our special curve commands (see this example). Edit what you
want. Give a size, and cut. |

| 3 You may use all the fonts you have
installed in Windows. Select one of your favorite fonts. Type your text. Copy, rotate,
mirror or handle if you want. Mix it with drawings. Give a size, and cut. |

| 4 Do you have a bitmap with no cutting lines?
No problem. Import the bitmap as overlay, vectorise it, and cut the result. |

| 6 Do you want to cut a big photo? No problem.
Use black vinyl and vectorise a full color picture in a stripe pattern. Our unique
PixelPlot feature was first in the world in 1988. Now it is build-in in DahediSign when
you have the vectorise license. Cut the demopicture to see the result. On a distance on 4
meters you cannot see the lines, but you see the picture. And that just with black vinyl
on a white background. You will be amazed. |

| 5 When your layout is ready, click on plot to
set the knifepressure. Move the pressure-testplot to a position in your drawing where you
can cut it. Cut the testplot and peel it to check if the pressure is OK. After this is
set, you can plot as many copies if you want. |

| If you plot the weedbox first, the blue box is first plotted,
what is the maximum size of the vinyl you need for this plot. If this is plotted OK, you
can walk away, because the plotter will not need any more vinyl. This prevents that you
may run out of vinyl during the plot. |
The plotter starts cutting the sign.
After the plotterdata is in the spooler, you can start the next sign while the
first sign is plotted. |
